The Stained Glass Window was installed at the Joint Forces Training Base Chapel, Los Alamitos, Calif.

About 200 people contributed about 1,800.00 for the project to memorialize deceased members of the SCC, United States Army Warrant Officers Association. Anyone who has ever been a member of the Southern California Chapter, when they pass on to the Commander in the sky, their name will be placed on the plaque which s next to the window on the inside of the Chapel. The window can be seen as you drive into the base at the circle.
