The Western Region Deputy Director, CW4R Harry Wilson, presents the Western Region's newest chapter, the Oregon Trail Chapter,  Salme, Oregon, their Charter to the chapter President, CW5R Floyd Bard, while five other Chartered members look on. Six additional Chartered members were unable to attend.

After the presentation Cake and Punch was enjoyed by all.

CW4R Wilson is a member of the Southern California Chapter at Los Alamitos, California and serves as the chapter's Communications Officer.

Western Region Deputy Director, CW4R Harry Wilson, visits the Northwest Chapter at Fort Lewis. After a very good breakfast seven members of the Northwest chapter along with the Western Region Deputy Director, CW4R Harry Wilson and his wife Yanfen alone with one other guest heads out to police up two miles of Interstate 5. The cleanup consisted of two (2) miles on the East side of I-5 just South of the Ft Lewis Main Gate. A total of eighteen bags were filled along with $40.00 that was found and turned over to the chapter for the next cleanup breakfast.

The chapter pays a portion of each attendee's breakfast. The crew below the Northwest chapter's name. It was a great day to work outside and to be with fellow Warrant Officers from the Northwest chapter.
